Delivery Information

You should allow 3 to 4 working days delivery time within Australia, and up to 10 working days delivery time for international orders.

Returns Policy

To return any product to Origineering, you must first contact us by email at sales@origineering.com.au

After contacting us, you will be issued with a Return Authorisation (RA) Number. Regrettably, we are unable to accept product returns without this number.

Origineering will only cover the cost of freight or postage for goods that are either faulty, or have been damaged during delivery. In this case, you will be advised of our preferred shipping method at the time of issue of your RA number. Proof of the cost of the freight involved (postal franking, or receipt) will be required before a reimbursement can be made.

If you are returning items for reasons other than those listed above, we require that the product be returned in the same condition as it was when received by you. In this case, we can only accept undamaged goods that have been returned in their original sealed packaging.

How do I return goods?

After contacting our offices (as detailed above), please send your product to the address below. Please also ensure that all items are carefully packaged for transit.

All returns must display your RA Number which will by then, have been issued to you by this company. This will allow us to locate your order, take any necessary action, and then contact you if necessary.

We endeavour to process returns within 14 days, but depending on the workload of our shipping department, this can take as long as 21 days. If you would like to contact us in regard to our returns policy or a returned item, please send an email to sales@origineering.com.au
